We aim to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with Clovyn.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit.

To request assistance, please contact support@clovyn.co.za with your order number and clear photo or video evidence where applicable.

If an order has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, customers may contact us for investigation. Where appropriate, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Returns are not required for approved refunds.

Please note:
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind or personal preference
• Refunds are not issued while an order is still within the stated delivery timeframe
• Refunds are not issued for delays caused by customs, couriers, or factors outside our control
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
