Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Clovyn currently ships within South Africa. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard delivery: 12–22 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed. Any applicable shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an order has not arrived within 25 business days, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist with tracking or resolution.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Clovyn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@clovyn.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Photo or video evidence may be required to investigate and resolve the issue.
